These terms govern the use of the 1Vendor marketplace.

1. Marketplace Model

1Vendor operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed are sold by independent sellers. 1Vendor facilitates transactions but does not own inventory.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate product information, fulfil orders on time, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide correct delivery details and use the platform in good faith.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Ozow. 1Vendor does not store sensitive banking details.

5. Platform Rights

1Vendor may suspend accounts or remove listings that violate marketplace policies.
